LPT: Do not attend a university with "National Accreditation". Despite the name, "Regional Accreditation" is the highest level of accreditation by the Department of Education.

If you plan on getting further education, you do not want to start at a school with National Accreditation because your credits may not transfer (some employers may not recognize your degree as legitimate). Only look into schools that are Regionally-accredited. If their accreditation isn't obvious or displayed, stay away!
