LPT: Open your phone's gps and set it to your desired location when in a taxi in a strange city to avoid being "taken for a ride"

Happened to me once in San Francisco. Now I just hop in and hit "start route" on the app and as soon as it says "starting route to X drive" I turn it off. Let's the driver know you're paying attention instead of paying extra for your ride.
