LPT: When looking to renew insurance, type the key information into a notepad document, and copy/paste as necessary.

Saves so much time! I've got email, forename, surname, occupation, business type, phone number, car reg, driving licence number and postcode in mine.

BONUS LPT: The difference between a 'start now' and 'start tomorrow' on a car insurance policy can be 10%, so don't leave it until the last minute. Apparently there is an 'urgency loading', a bit like the airlines have. TIL.
