LPT: After you cut spicy peppers with your bare hands, put a little neutral cooking oil (canola, vegetable) on your hands and rub it around, then wash with dish soap.
I don't recall where I first read this - quite likely somewhere on Reddit.
Anyway, the capsaicin (the spicy chemical in peppers) will 'bind' with the cooking oil, and then the dish soap is designed to eliminate/wash away the oil, removing the capsaicin and leaving you free to fiddle your meat with your bare hands without fear of consequence.
