When you want to click the URL for one of those '35 of the best lifehacks' lists but don't because it's one sentence then three ads, and takes too many clicks to get through, you can easily get rid of the ads instead of giving up.
Remove everything after, and including, the first question mark (?) in the URL and it will get rid of all the ads. You'll either end up with a single, full-page article, or a click-through of each item that is actually only each item.
