LPT: In the winter, park your vehicle facing towards where the sun rises in the morning to save time on warming up the cabin and de-fogging.

I drive a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and it was black leather seats. I don't have heated seats, so I usually park facing the sun so that my seats are nice and toasty. Also, with the age of the Jeep, that AC is relatively slow, so having the sun already pre-heat the cabin and melt a little ice on the windshield is quite nice.
