LPT: When installing a wall mount for a TV, place a sheet of parchment paper between the wall mount and the wall. This will prevent damage to the wall when it's time to remove the wall mount.

Over time the wall mount will adhear to the paint on the wall causing the gypsum paper to rip as you pull off the wall mount.
