YSK That if you have Comcast/Xfiniti, their "My Account" app lets you easily solve issues yourself vs waiting on hold for a tech support rep.
If your screen freezes and the remote doesn't respond, you can't do it yourself on the settings screen. But you can on the app. Just send yourself a reset signal and you're good to go.
