In two majors brand name locations I’ve seen customers presented with the option of soap and hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Hand sanitizer isn’t effective against fecal matter so I don’t understand why customers and employees are given the option.
YSK that using hand sanitizer is not as effective as using soap.
