LPT : Back Up your Cellphone!

As a cellphone salesman, I can't magically transfer all the information from your destroyed phone to a new device. And no the SIM card does not hold your photos, videos, apps, and settings. It has a small amount of storage that can hold contacts only if you previously transferred them in the settings. Pretty much every phone manufacturer offers some sort of backup service. Even just plugging your phone into a computer and copying the files works. Thanks for reading my short little rant. I just got yelled at by a customer because I couldn't retrieve the baby photos from his iPhone that was almost broken in half. We're regular people here not wizards...
