LPT Request: How do you stop spoofed spam calls?

I get 2-4 calls per day starting at 6:30 am. (I mention that they are not allowed to call before 8am but they don't seem to care)

I have decided to try getting their company information if I can so that I can report them. I am at my wit's end with these companies and I am hoping that someone has found a solution. Currently I block and report every call. But it is a new number everyday.
