Younger people who don't have access to much value opportunities like that, such as waiting for the best sales before buying. And it's true that planning ahead can save you money. But oftentimes, investing your money in things that save time or stress can be worthwhile, as you can make more money but cannot possibly gain more hours in the day. And stress builds up every day, so any minor point of stress you can take off the table will pay off in the long run.
