LPT: Almost every refrigerator that has the top/bottom doors has reversible doors, meaning you can move the hinges so the doors will open up to the kitchen.

I know this is probably common knowledge for some, but I've gone into plenty of houses where the doors open out of the kitchen and it's always just a little hassle, so I always offer to swap them. People seem to not ever consider it, but it's such a minor convenience that seems to do so much!
