Turn your heat up in the house and slowly run you hand around all of the baseboards and windows. If you did this when it was 35-40 degrees you probably found a lot of them. The single digit weather will help you find the rest of them. Caulk the leaks, plastic the windows, and put draft stoppers under the door.
