I live in Canada and right now it's -25C. Some dogs love this weather, most notably huskies, malamutes, and many of the livestock guardian breeds. These dogs can be out in cold weather all the time.
Obviously very old dogs, young ones, and thin dogs, of these breeds are a different story, but otherwise these dogs are super happy to be outside on a cold, even a very cold, day.
Please report all cases of cruelty, where dogs are out in freezing temperatures and are suffering, but do not that some dogs love it!
